Jamie Whitmarsh

Head Coach

MY OBJECTIVE

To genuinely make a difference in football – I have a particular passion for youth development. I want to help young players realise their full potential by developing both the physical and mental aspects of their game.

My UEFA A prep license and extensive technical/ tactical coaching skills provide me with the tools to achieve this. I always foster a positive team spirit and a winning mentality. I command respect from all ages and am able to communicate at all levels. My international experience has allowed me to develop a coaching plan that is based on individual player development to the highest level. Recent successes include working extensively with players who have become International players for both the NZ U17’s and full Samoa team. Coaching the Mens Premier team to their first championship in the clubs history. As part of my continued professional development I have recently completed the League Managers Association – Creating a culture of excellence course and have recently become a coach educator for New Zealand Football.
